• Framed prints are delivered already inserted and ready to hang.
• Unframed prints are shipped rolled in a protective cardboard tube — the industry standard for safely transporting fine art. It's completely normal for the print to retain a slight curl when first unpacked; this disappears once flattened or framed.
• To flatten your print, lay it face down on a clean, smooth surface with fabric or baking parchment underneath. Weigh down the corners and center with heavy books. Leave for 24–48 hours before framing. See the image below.
