• Unframed prints are shipped rolled in a protective cardboard tube. This is the industry-standard for safely transporting fine art.
• To flatten your print, lay it on a clean, flat surface and protect it with a sheet of tissue paper, baking parchment, or another clean, smooth material. Place a flat, heavy object on top and leave it for 24–48 hours before framing.
• It is completely normal for a rolled print to retain a slight curl when first unpacked—this disappears once the print has been flattened or framed.
• Framed prints are delivered already inserted and ready to hang.
